Free - Men Only Mental Health Peer Support Group

A small peer support group for men looking to improve their mental heallth.

A great opportunity to get things off your chest, maybe share your life story and help other men going through a difficult time.

There will also be information on relevant topics such as: -

• coping strategies for stress,
• managing difficult emotions like anxiety or grief,
• personal goals and achievements,
• effect of diet or substance use on mental health,
• strategies for mindfulness,
• specific mental health conditions
• meditation
