GENERAL RULES
· HATS must be worn whenever mounted and should be to the correct current standard.
· CORRECT dress & footwear with defined heels must be worn (FULL SHOW GEAR IS NOT ESSENTIAL BUT NO HOODIES).
· ALL ridden horses and ponies must be four years old and over.
· No rider under the age of 4.
· Riders under the age of 8 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
· All classes are subject to change at the organisers’ discretion. The Judge’s decision is final.
· It is a condition of entry that each competitor must carry their own liability insurance.
· Participant and animal safety is the top priority; everyone must take reasonable precautions to prevent accidents and follow all organiser and steward instructions.
· Those attending this event must report any accidents to stewards
· Please do not leave unattended horses tied to vehicles.
· Dogs must be always kept on a lead.
· DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY the organisers will not be held responsible for any accident, loss or damage, injury or illness to horses, ponies, owners, riders, spectators, vehicles their contents and accessories or any other person or property.
