Come join us at Darling Mental Health, LLC for Fluid Expressions a paint pouring workshop designed to help yuo reconnect with your creativity, reduce stress, and explore emotional health through the flow of color. Hosted by Artist and wellness advocate Yasmin Goris, this 90-minute session invites participants of all skill levels to play with movement and color in a relaxed, judgment-free space.
