Cut, Paste, Reflect: A SoulCollage Workshop

Slow down, create, and reconnect with yourself (and others) at this hands-on creative workshop. You’ll experience mindfulness, guided imagery, and the SoulCollage® process—a simple, intuitive way to combine images, imagination, and reflection.

You’ll be guided through each step—choosing images, making one or more personal collage cards, and journaling to uncover what your card(s) have to say. No art experience is needed—just curiosity and an open mind.

You’ll leave with:

Finished SoulCollage® card(s) that reflect your inner voice

Simple journaling prompts to continue at home

A sense of calm, clarity, and creative renewal

A $5 materials fee is payable to the instructor in cash at the workshop.
