2025 Day of Action

United is the Way Forward. Together.

Every September, hundreds of volunteers across Central Massachusetts come together for United Way’s Day of Action — a powerful demonstration of community spirit and collective impact. From painting schools to planting gardens, Day of Action connects people of all ages and backgrounds with the causes that matter most — right here at home.

This year’s new format means you’ll give your best energy in the morning and celebrate your impact in the afternoon:

🕖 7:30–8:30 AM – Breakfast Kickoff at Polar Park
🛠️ 9:00 AM–12:00 PM – Volunteer Projects across Central MA
🌭 11:30 AM–1:30 PM – Post-Project Community Cookout at Polar Park

Whether you're a first-time volunteer or a longtime supporter, Day of Action is your chance to roll up your sleeves, take action, and help build a stronger, more united community.

Team Registration opens early August.
