Reiki 1 is the first point of call on your reiki discovery, with the key focus being for those looking to deepen their spiritual inquiry and self-healing.
It will provide you with a solid foundation toward understanding your spiritual gift of healing, strengthening your intuition and tapping into the unlimited supply of life-force energy to assist in balancing mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually.

. Attunement to the Reiki symbols
. Detailed Chakra information
. Hand placement for self healing
. Hand placement for healing others
. 21 day clearing process
. Do’s and don’ts of reiki
. Comprehensive Reiki 1 Manual
. A Usui System of Reiki Level 1 Certificate
. Ongoing assistance and group chat.
The day will also include guided meditations, plus a short gentle Yin Yoga session or nature walk (time permitting).
