As we approach the end of an incredible chapter at Bill’s Chicken and Seafood, we’re doing something a little bit special (and a little bit extra).
🔥 Friday, 3rd October — for Oysterfest:
👉 Marinated Octopus Kebabs
Tender, chargrilled octopus skewers in that signature marinade I usually save for the freestyle lamb yiros — rich, herby, and full of flavour.
Normally, I wouldn’t put this on the menu — it’s a lot of work —
but since it’s the end of an era, we’re going out with a bang. 💥
