Join Bruce and Denise Morcombe and the Daniel Morcombe Foundation for the 21st annual Walk for Daniel 2025
The event launches the Foundation’s Day for Daniel, Australia’s largest child safety education and awareness day. The walk is approximately 4kms, from Suncoast Christian College in Woombye to Briggs Park in Palmwoods. It represents the route Daniel was unable to complete himself.
Participants walk in memory of Daniel Morcombe and to honour his legacy of Keeping Kids Safe in Australia. Join thousands of locals by dressing in red and walking together.
🚶Walk for Daniel Agenda
➡️ 6:00am The events begins at Suncoast Christian College.
➡️ 6:30am The formal proceedings begin.
➡️ 7:00am The walk starts.
➡️ 7:00am - 9.00am Activities will take place at Briggs Park.
🚗 Getting there and parking
Participants are encouraged to park at Palmwoods Warriors Football Club and catch our free shuttle bus to Suncoast Christian College.
Buses will run from 5:45am to 9:00am.
Children under 14 to be supervised by an adult at all times. Dogs must be kept on a lead. No dogs on the shuttle buses.
