Precision Yoga
A flowing sequence of precise asanas to mobilise and activate your body; pranayama techniques to train your breath and energise your life force; and meditation to calm and focus your mind and emotions. Small class sizes and personal tuition with precise attention to detail.
Precision Breathwork
We can live for three weeks without food, three days without water, but only three minutes without oxygen – which makes your breath more important than your diet. Wim Hof (the ‘ice man’) has demonstrated that breathing techniques drawn from the yogic traditions have extraordinary health benefits. Simple techniques to train your breath and boost your energy.
Meditation
The goal of meditation is to become Sakshin - the ‘witness’ to your experiences. Like the empty sky which holds all things within it, becoming the witness helps you to calm and focus your mind and emotions and live more positively and happily.
Tuition Fee : $10.00 Participants bring their own water bottle, yoga mat, cushion and blanket.
