• Arrival: Enjoy a welcome drink in the light and meet your fellow diners.
• Once seated, you’ll be in the dark. 
• The Meal: Our surprise 3-course menu is designed to play with textures and flavours. (Don't worry—we collect all dietary requirements/allergies in advance!)
• The Reveal: After the main course, we’ll reveal what you’ve been eating—did your tastebuds guess correctly?
