Get ready to pedal for a purpose!
On September 20, 2025, join me for the Tour de Fox, a nationwide ride to raise money for the Michael J. Fox Foundation and its mission to find a cure for Parkinson's disease. Whether you're a seasoned cyclist or just looking for a fun way to help, you can make a difference.
Join the Ride in Tallahassee
Show your support for the Parkinson's community by joining our ride in Tallahassee. We'll meet at 8 AM at the St. Marks Trailhead. This is your chance to show the people you know with Parkinson's that you care.
Ride your own way: This is a casual, unsupported ride. Go as short or long as you want! We'll be riding on a car-free trail, so any bike will work.
Safety first: A helmet is a must for all riders.
Be prepared: This is an unsupported ride, so bring your own water and fuel. There are water and bathroom stops at Wakulla Station (9 miles from the start) and Wakulla River Park.
Want to add more miles? You can extend your ride with the new Hwy 98 trail for a total of 40 miles. Here are the route options:
Wakulla Station (Out and Back): 18 miles
Wakulla River Park (Out and Back): 32 miles
Add Hwy 98 Trail (Out and Back): 40 miles
