Shenandoah Valley's only celebration of traditional Virginia whole hog BBQ, craft beers, wines and ciders! We designed this event to bring people to the Shenandoah Valley to enjoy our local flavors and FUN all in one place!
We feature some great beers, wines, ciders, and spirits brewed with care right here in our own state; and great BBQ of course.

Want to see how Virginians barbecued whole hogs for hundreds of years? This is a chance to witness it and taste the barbecue cooked the same way it was when George Washington and James Madison hosted barbecues when whole hogs were suspended over a pit dug in the ground filled with oak and hickory coals. This barbecue will be the most authentic Virginia-style barbecue that can be cooked in our times.
