Interactive sessions where participants engage in realistic self-defense scenarios on a life size video simulation system using an IR Laser to track your shot accuracy. This “Shoot” or “No-Shoot” scenario training is designed to apply techniques under stress. We’ll train armed self defense techniques in a video simulator focusing on defense techniques against common attack situations and common weapons like guns and knives
