Tri-Tip Sandwich Pop Up Event

Ordering:
Starting at 10am: Go INSIDE the Corner Store and pay for your sandwiches and additional goodies from WCS like chips and drinks you’d like to add. The clerk at the register will give you tickets for the number of sandwiches you purchase.
Bring your tickets outside and get in line for sandwiches. (Please don’t drop your tickets into the jar till we’re handing you your sandwiches)

The Original Tri-Tip Sandwich is a second generation Guajardo family recipe that’s been beloved by fans for over 23 years!
Premium tri-tip beef is cooked low and slow over the fire 🔥
The tri-tip is then sliced very thinly and a final cook takes place over a flaming hot griddle before adorning a delicious bun and drizzled with a home style BBQ sauce!
Don’t you worry hungry friends, we’re not skimpy on the meat! ;)
