This course offers a grounded yet soulful introduction to Reiki, guiding you through the origins, principles, and core practices of hands-on healing. You’ll explore subtle energy systems like chakras, auras, and meridians, and develop embodied awareness through meditations and Ki techniques. Together, we’ll build skills in grounding, protection, self-treatment, and intuitive connection—while honouring your unique way of knowing.
