Lunch Host & We Rise Co-ordinator for Macedon Ranges

Meet Amy, your lunch host and We Rise co-ordinator for Macedon Ranges who recently returned to Victoria from the Sunshine Coast. She is excited to welcome you for our next lunch at Holgate Brewhouse on Wednesday 3rd September.

One year ago, Amy co-founded her business, Manava Wellness, a natural health practice specialising in holistic therapies for injury rehabilitation, nervous system care and women’s health. She is now opening her practice in the Macedon Ranges serving the local community. As a practitioner, Amy is most passionate about supporting women through life’s key transitions of matrescense and menopause with proven therapeutic modalities. She hosts regular events and retreats designed to support busy women to create space during the hustle to pause, breathe and rest for better nervous system care, hormonal health and mental wellbeing.
