An Emergency Preparedness Seminar and Tabletop Drill
• Homeland Security Exercise and Evaluation Program (HSEEPP) compliant, interactive and discussion-based (facilitated tabletop) exercise.
• The exercise will meet or exceed the CMS requirements for a community-wide discussion-based exercise.
• Following the exercise, IMS will conduct a hot wash with the participants and will develop an After-Action Report/Improvement Plan documenting the experience and providing recommendations.
