Weāre taking the Burn energy outdoors this fallāand youāre invited to a FREE 45-minute workout designed for ALL fitness levels. It's the perfect way to move your body, get some fresh air, and start your Sunday morning feeling strong and energized!

Expect a high-energy workout, modifications for every level, and the unbeatable Burn community by your side.
Plusāat the end of the workout you'll get the opportunity to chat with the physical therapists at Awake Pelvic Health & Wellness about any pelvic floor issues or concerns you are having. We will be offreing FREE C-Section and Abdominal Separation (Diastasis Recti) Screens as well!
