DAV Chapter 40, of Fort Wayne, IN, Chapter Service Officers will be at the USW 715 Union Hall the last Wednesday monthly, helping you with your VA Disability Claims, benefits and any other VA questions you may have.
Who: All BFG Armed Service Veterans (Hourly & Salary)
What: VA Disability Case Support
When: 07:00-15:00 (7am-3pm) Last Wednesday, Monthly
Where: USW Union Hall, 4312 Elm St, Woodburn, IN 46797
Why: Because our Veterans have earned this support.
How: DAV CH 40 CSOs
WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING: Proof of service, such as; VA Card, ID with Service affiliation, DD-214, etc.
COST: $0.00. There is zero cost to you for this. Our CSOs work strictly as volunteers and supply everything needed on our end.
Plan about 30-45 minutes to do the initial paperwork with the CSO.
