This is aimed at all riders interested in the British 4x in a few weeks and including those that aren’t sure to ensure you have the confidence to take part in what will be an amazing event.

Aim of the session will be making sure everyone can confidently race at the weekend, and get the best results possible. Covering core transferable skills from BMX some key differences in corners, lines, jumps, alternative options and opportunities to pass. Including coach led race scenarios.
