About the event

The Sutton Hoo Ship Winter Solstice Event

Join us for our Winter Solstice Event on Sunday 21 December between 11 AM and 3 PM. Something for all the family, free admission and lots to do. At midday a Ship's Co crew will be rowing Sæ Wylfing*, the half length Sutton Hoo ship, on the river Deben dressed as Santas.

If any other vessel owners would like to dress up and join us on the Deben, you are most welcome 🎅🏼
