Homecoming Day!

Hello from Whitelaw Avenue Baptist Church! We are inviting all our current and former members to a special time of worship and celebration on Sunday, October 26, 2025. We would love you to be a part of our first ever Homecoming Day! When the cornerstone for our current sanctuary was laid following our morning worship service on December 18, 1949, a time capsule in the form of a sealed glass jar containing church records was placed behind it. The congregation of that day asked us, in 2025, to open that container and review those documents. We want to offer you the opportunity to share in this historic event.
