Mental Health Skills for Managers

Would you like to learn how to support a friend, family member or colleague experiencing mental health issues? Or know where to go for help with your own mental health?

On our Mental Health courses you will learn how to understand the factors that affect people’s wellbeing, how to spot warning signs of poor mental health, and how to hold supportive and non-judgemental conversations.

By supporting people with their mental health, you will enable earlier access to crisis support, reduce the impact of long-term poor mental health or illness and help contribute to a healthier community.

Courses are open to all although this session is aimed primarily at Managers and is appropriate for all levels of management across an organisation.
