✨ From Worry to Ready: Back to School Workshop ✨

The new school year can bring excitement, but also worries. That’s why Grace 2 Grace is running wellbeing sessions to help children and young people feel supported, confident, and ready for what’s ahead.

📅 This Thursday! | ⏰ 12pm – 5pm
📍 Codsall Fire Station, Duck Lane, WV8 1HU

👥 Ages 5–25

Our sessions will cover:
✔️ Anxiety
✔️ Depression
✔️ Confidence building
✔️ Stress management
✔️ Bullying
✔️ Self-harm

A safe, supportive space to boost wellbeing and prepare for the school year ahead.
