Understanding behaviour begins with understanding experience. Without a trauma-informed lens, behaviour can be misinterpreted as defiance, laziness or disengagement.
With the right understanding, we can respond in ways that build safety, trust and long-term change.
Join us for a practical CPD session which explores how and why trauma and attachment impact behaviour, relationships, engagement and learning - and what we can do differently in response.
Designed for educators, pastoral teams, SEND staff and leaders, this 90minute session moves beyond theory to provide clear, usable strategies that can be implemented immediately.
For just £10, join us on either Thursday 12th March or Thursday 19th March at 4.15pm.
Tickets for Building Trust: Trauma-Informed and Attachment-Aware Approaches can be booked here.
