Black Mantis Open Day

Welcome to Black Mantis School of Martial Arts, we are a closed school meaning that we are not typically open to the general public, however, we are opening our doors to invite the public to join in and experience what we do, with an opportunity to join our school.

Southern Chinese praying mantis is the core and foundation of our system, however we also include elements of Hung Gar and Northern Shaolin Kung Fu. We also incorporate some boxing and Jujitsu. Our training includes steel jacket and iron palm training, and Qi-Gong.
