Yoga Fascia workshop

Join Ailsa for an in depth look at the body and its Fascial connections to some common yoga postures. The first hour is learning and warm up and the second hour we will integrate our learning into some basic yoga poses. Ailsa is a hands on teacher with lots of experience working with the body and helping you understand and reach your potential with both movement and healing.
