Restore and Relax (£12)
Join me for an hour of serenity. The session begins with a breathing practice, and restorative yoga poses, followed by yoga Nidra (guided relaxation). Please brings any mats, cushions, blankets etc. The sessions is accessible for everyone, regardless of age, experience or health condition.
