You asked, I listened. After a couple of lovely Mum Pause sessions, this one’s for both mums and dads- any parent, really. Whether you’re run ragged, up to your ears in lunchboxes, or just fancy doing absolutely nothing for an hour, you’re invited.
Parent Pause is a restorative hour of light breathwork to settle, guided self-hypnosis to gently reset, and a sound bath using my seven Tibetan chakra bowls to soothe the system.
It’s calm, grounding, and open to absolutely everyone. Most people who’ve come have never done anything like this before; some say they slept better than they have in weeks, others left just feeling a bit lighter.
£11 ticket. Bring a friend for free- or if you're lucky enough to get a babysitter, bring your partner along too. Two tickets for the price of one. Just book one space and let me know who’s coming with you.
See you in the yurt. You can even lie down and close your eyes. No one will ask you for a snack.
Please bring:
A yoga mat or towel to lie on, and a cushion and eye mask (optional but lovely if you have them).
