Wodonga Textile Waste Tour
Join us to explore how you can sort, repair, share, reuse and relove your clothes! This interactive tour gives you the chance to donate, swap, and purchase items - all contributing to the circular fashion economy.
 Tour Details
Meet inside the Wodonga Library to greet your guide and fellow participants. We’ll start with a brief chat about textile waste - what the problem is and why it matters - before boarding the Halve Waste tour bus to visit local businesses making a real difference in managing textile waste.
 What to Bring
Don’t come empty-handed! Help reduce textile waste by bringing:
Non-wearable or unusable cotton/linen textiles – bag them up for donation to Red Bantam (rag manufacturers).
Clean, wearable clothing – donate to Vinnies Op-Shop for reuse.
Items needing minor repairs – we’ll stop at the Repair Cafe, and there may be time to fix one item.
High-end clothing – bring a small suitcase or bag (5–10 items) for a “Suitcase Swap” at the end of the tour.
Water bottle, hat, and snacks
