October Series begins Sunday, October 19, 2025. It meets for two consecutive Sundays: 19th and 26th from 11:00am – 3:00pm.
$129 for 8 hours of instruction.* You must be pre-registered to attend class.
October Series itinerary:
Day 1: We will be sewing drawstring pants in this series. Introduction to sewing machines, threading practice, and basic machine use. Overview of pattern packaging, pattern instructions, fabric types and vocabulary, needles, and thread.
After a short break, tracing the pattern onto fabric and understanding pattern symbols. Start cutting the fabric.
Day 2: Begin assembling pants using the sewing machine.
After a short break, finish sewing the pants and add the drawstring.
