If you’ve attended my Healing Somatic Movement immersion weekend for and you’re looking to hone and refine your skillset as a teacher—this is your next step.
These two days offer a deeper dive into the art, application and teaching of this practice where you’ll gain the knowledge, confidence, and embodiment you need to integrate somatic movement into your work, classes or offer stand-alone somatic sessions in a way that’s real, rooted, and transformative.
Whether you're a yoga teacher, movement facilitator, coach, therapist or healing practitioner, this training will support you to translate your somatic understanding into teachable, transformative sessions.
Course Overview:
• Refine your understanding of the somatic principles introduced in the Immersion Weekend
• How to sequence and guide somatic classes with clarity and nuance
• How to help students access felt sense, internal safety, and subtle awareness
• Tools to weave somatic practices into your existing yoga, movement or therapeutic offerings
• Language, cueing, and class design that fosters embodiment, curiosity, healing and integration
• Learn how to design and guide classes from a place of felt-sense and inner listening
• Build the confidence to teach with presence, adaptability, and clarity
• Practice teaching in a supported, feedback-rich environment
You’ll leave with the skills, understanding, and confidence to begin sharing somatic movement in your own teaching practice.

The Granary is a beautiful converted barn set on a beautiful rural farm with acres of space, a mile from Junction 13 of M1 between Milton Keynes and Bedford.

About the Teacher
Deborah trained in somatic movement with Tias Little, Kaila June and Peter Appel. With a keen interest in working with trauma and addiction, she's also studied with Tara Brach, Jack Kornfield, Ralf Marzen, Dr Gabor Mate and Richard Schwartz to better understand how movement and meditation can help us to find more freedom.
