Gym Gurus

We're heading to an indoor gym for a fun-filled exercise session! We will be moving our bodies through basketball, gym games, workout equipment, indoor track and more!

We'll spend about an hour at the gym, so be sure to bring a water bottle to stay hydrated. If you're staying for the afternoon class, don’t forget to pack a lunch to enjoy after our workout!

*All individuals attending must have a YMCA membership. BILT can help facilitate one at a group discount.

$75 per person

Transportation

Individuals should be dropped off and picked up, or attend with their 1:1.
