Through guided grounding practices, you’ll reconnect to your core strength the part of you that feels steady, capable, and rooted. Grounded by Earth. Released by Fire.
We then move into Fire at the sacred fire circle.
Here, you’ll be guided through a transformational release ritual, led by a powerful meditation offering to the flames what no longer aligns with the version of yourself you are becoming.
Fire represents courage, action, and personal power.
What is ready to fall away becomes ash. What is ready to rise becomes flame.
