Kitten Yoga

Join us for Kitten Yoga — exclusively for Y members!

Imagine your morning yoga flow... but with kittens weaving between your poses, purring beside your mat, and maybe even curling up in savasana. Led by Coach Sara, this 1-hour guided yoga class will be a one-of-a-kind experience that brings together mindful movement and the joy of playful kittens — some of whom will be up for adoption!
