November is our Annual General Meeting (AGM) where we summarise our year's activities and vote in our new Committee members for the next 12 months.
This year the exisitng Committee will be holding a brief Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) prior to the AGM start, as discussed in our recent Club e-mailings and last meeting, to modernise some of our Club constitution and refresh our Committee structure.
As always, new members can join at any of our meetings.

Our regular Club nights are held at The Chequers (also known as the Little Chequers) in Tholomas Drove.
Landlady Louise has kindly been hosting us here since May 2025, and we have full use of the events area which has plenty of room to fit us all in.
Overflow parking on the Green is allowed - please park nose/tail in, as opposed to parallel to the road, so that more cars can fit.
If you've not been to one of our Club nights before, you're welcome to arrive from 7pm onwards, with most people arriving for around 7:30pm. We bang the gavel at 8pm for any notices, and then usually follow with a quiz or raffle afterwards. Don't forget to bring cash for the raffle which is kindly organised by Roger - contirbutions to the prizes are always welcome.
You don't have to own a vehicle to join us, but you will always be encouraged to bring what you have - from two wheels to four wheels or more!
Finally - please double check you're heading to the correct venue on the night, as there is another Chequers just 9 miles away!
