This is a new venue for me! This is how they describe themselves: "A prohibition era themed speakeasy bar located just off the quaint historic square of Winterset Iowa, which is famously known for the Bridges of Madison County. Step into the underground bar, nestled in the former Madisonian newspaper building, and be transported to the roaring twenties. Vintage newspaper decor and era-inspired interior design will have you feeling like you're in a lost era. Knowing that alcohol was once banned in Iowa as early as 1916, you'll feel just slightly naughty indulging in The Speakeasy's fun cocktails and local wines and beer." Rochelle will be your host. You'll need to the password to get in through the alley entrance (HeyDaveMusic:).
