Cold Hands, Warm Heart Walk

Cold hands, warm hearts! Bundle up and walk with us around the Winterset Courthouse Square as we shine a light on heart health during American Heart Month.

On Friday, February 6, we’re hosting a 30-minute community walk in honor of National Wear Red Day, an observance that raises awareness about heart disease and stroke, especially in women. A short, intentional walk like this can help support heart health, lower blood pressure, and improve overall wellbeing.

Wear your brightest red and join us on the Courthouse steps.
All ages and fitness levels are welcome. A 30-minute, moderate walk can have meaningful benefits for your heart, including reducing the risk of heart disease over time when done regularly.
