TEAM - We are riding from Adventure Cycling this Saturday, Approximately 25 miles, then Belgium Waffle Breakfast to be provided by the Adventure Cycling Crew!

Roll Out: 7:30am (arrive no later than 7:15a)

Milage: ~25
Pace (depends on group) C+ Pace (Avg ~15-16+ mph); Rolling speeds may be 16-18 at times in the group. Moderate-to moderate lite effort
