Juneteenth Freedom Day Paint Party

In celebration of the 1862 Emancipation Proclamation, We The 3 Production Group would like to show honor to those who paved a way so we could be FREE in a land so far away from home. And to kick off the festivities we are hosting a Paint Party like no other on Saturday, June 14th, 2025, from 10 a.m. until Noon at the Howell Branch Preserve under the Pavilion. The address is 1205 W. Howell Branch Road in Winter Park, FL 32789.

On this day we will pay homage to our ancestors for what they endured through love & unity. We are hosting this event in the mist of nature so one can get entuned with our heritage and create an atmosphere for a feel-good mood. Especially after experiencing a long stressful week at work.

Cost to Paint is $25 pp – per person, in advance for those ages eighteen & up. If you wait until the day of the event the rate is $30 pp - per person. This includes:

• A Paint Kit
• A variety of accents - gems, glitter & rhinestones.
• A 9x12 Canvas
• Socializing
• And, listening to some good ole musique played by DJ Price.

At 10:20 a.m. all brushes will hit the canvas. Man, Woman, Boy or Girl each will have an opportunity to engulf themselves amongst God's splendor while listening to beautiful nature sounds, could stroll down trails to see God's beauty, paint while making new friends and vibe out to old school greats, gospel and neo soul.

The video below details who your paint instructor will be for the day and the canvas type. So, get ready to create the perfect picture blending vibrant colors to make one artsy piece.

1. Charcuterie Platter w/ Publix Boar's Head Sopressata, Genoa Salami, Vermont Cheddar, Provolone, Grapes, Strawberries, Fig Crisps, Water Crackers, and Fig Spread.
2. Wing Platter w/ Buffalo Mild, Garlic Parmesan, Plain, Sweet Home Sriracha Chicken Wings & Buttermilk Ranch Dip.
3. Yeast Dinner Roll.
4. Drinks - Raspberry Lemon Mocktail, Water, Lemonade, Arnold Palmer and Sweet Tea
5. Dessert - Publix Cupcakes & Cookies

Notification To Attending Guests

When attending an event hosted by, We The 3 Production Group our team members, business partners & affiliates’ will do the following throughout the entire function for promotional & advertising purposes only:

1. LIVE Stream the entire event on our personal & business social media pages.
2. Periodically pre-record throughout the event. Then post video footages on our personal & business social media pages.
3. Also, take photos – pictures, of vendors & their staff, attending guests, our workers and others interacting by way of dancing, singing, acting, socializing, networking, etc. Then post those images on our personal & business social media pages, business website & within our business ads.

Now that you - (the “vendor”, “attendee” or “guest” and “onlookers”) are aware of what will take place when attending an event hosted by, We The 3 Production Group. Dearly note when you purchase a ticket to participate you - (the “vendor”, “attendee” or “guest” and “onlookers”) are agreeing to the listed terms above, which gives We The 3 Production Group, our team members, business partners & affiliates’ full consent or permission to do the following as stated above - stream LIVE video feed, pre-record videos and/or take your picture interacting with others throughout the entire function. Liability Waiver:

Any physical harm conducted or experienced unlawfully to oneself (the “attending guest” and “onlookers”) this includes pain & suffering, during the duration of this event mentioned herein, I (the “attending guest” and “onlookers”) agree that the event’s organizer(s), City of Winter Park, venue owner or venue’s staff, event’s organizer/venue owner’s board members, business associates/affiliates, are not to be held liable for any personal damages, physical – bodily including mental health or state of mind, any personal damages caused, harmed, received, conducted or made by self or outsiders - this includes individuals walking in to the park or the city’s parks & recreation staff – to the (“event guests”, “attending guest” and “onlookers”) waive their right to file suit or seek any legal actions towards the event’s organizer(s) – We The 3 Production Group, City of Winter Park staff, venue owner or venue’s staff, event’s organizer/City of Winter Park/venue owner’s board members, business associates/affiliates, and I (the “event guests”, “attending guest” and “onlookers”) withdraw my rights to filing any case/claim/class/written obligation.

Due to COVID & other variants in our region it is necessary to know that any interactions with the public while mingling with others within proximity pose guests to be at risk of exposing viruses and/or diseases. We The 3 Production Group and its business affiliates cannot guarantee that while attending this or any of our events you (the "Attendee") will not encounter another who could possibly expose you to contaminated airborne particles while being in proximity with them - guests, attendees, staff, etc., who will also be attending this event whether they (the “attendee”, "staff" or “vendor”) are fully vaccinated or not.

We The 3 Production Group and its business affiliates, who will also be in attendance while you attend this function, you will not hold our team responsible for the health and safety of this event or for those attending. However, the venue owner & management must make sure they disinfect items used throughout their establishment before guests grace the door. Our goal is to try our best to take all necessary health precautions outlined in the CDC guidelines.

We strongly encourage you - the "guest", "staff", and "vendor” as an attendee to do the same by following the CDC guidelines, local laws and restrictions. Also, wear a sufficient face covering – MASK, approved by the CDC. And often wash your hands whenever visiting the restroom to protect others from contracting any viruses.

If you (the “guest,” "staff", and/ or “vendor”) have recently tested positive for COVID, any form of virus or any type of illness - cold, flu, similar, or worse, we highly recommend you stay at home for the safety of all attending this event. I (the “attending guest” and “onlookers”), hereby release, indemnify, and hold We The 3 Production Group, its agents, employees, shareholders and affiliates, and the City of Winter Park and/or their staff harmless from any and all claims, demands, actions, causes of action, losses, damages, liabilities and related costs and/or expenses of every kind or nature that may arise, including without limitation, personal property damage, personal injury including allergic reactions, pain and suffering, or an injury of any type caused to me (the “attending guest” and “onlookers”) while participating at this event.
