Fall Hybrid Learning Orientation

You’ve been invited to join Techtonic's Fall Hybrid Learning Cohort—a flexible way to complete your WISE Level 1 Prep "Repair Ready" with a blend of self-paced online coursework and in-person support.

We’ll walk through everything you need to know to succeed in the program:

✅ How the hybrid cohort works
✅ How to access your online learning
✅ How to sign up for inperson workshops, coaching, and study halls
✅ What to expect from your instructors and peer support
✅ What happens after you complete your training

You’ll also meet your trainers, instructors, and other learners who are on a similar journey toward employment, technical skills, and real-world certifications.

Anyone who has opted into the Hybrid Learning Track or is interested in learning how in-person support can help them accelerate their online coursework.

The Hybrid Learning Track blends online, self-paced learning with in-person support to help you move through your certification journey confidently.

You’ll have access to:

• 🧠 Weekly in-person workshops across multiple days and time slots
• 🔧 Hands-on practice sessions
• 📈 1:1 coaching from trained instructors
• 🔄 Rolling microcredential progress with flexible pacing

Attendance to in-person sessions is optional and scheduled weekly, based on the modules you’re working on. You'll choose what sessions to attend based on your own schedule and which microcredential you’re working on. All sessions are first-come, first-served. You’ll receive the full class schedule after Orientation.

Light snacks and beverages will be provided at the event.
