Cacao Ceremony, Yoga & Somatic Breathwork at Gravity Haus

This 2-hour experience begins with a beautiful ceremony uniting you with the essence of the cacao plant. When used sacredly, cacao is a subtle teacher and heart opener that brings in softness and cultivates awareness. After we honor and enjoy the earthiness of the cacao, we'll move and breathe into a slow flow yoga immediately followed by a 45-minute somatic breathwork session. This is an opportunity to connect with your highest self and acknowledge any areas in which you would like to bring balance, harmony and alignment.

Please bring a blanket and pillow if desired for savasana and breathwork.

Registration is required. Limited to 16 people.
