Just a heads up to all our lemon lovers out there........Camellia Groves will open up for the 2025 season on Sunday, May 25, 2025.
We will be hosting our first Local Harvest U-Pick on this day from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm.
We are still confirming our farming neighbors who may be participating, but you can be sure to get all of our Camellia Groves lemon edibles and fresh lemonade when you are here! We will have U-picking going on, but we will also have bagged lemons for sale as well.
We have so much news to share.....
As many of you know, Joe suffered a cerebral hemorrhage last year while we were traveling in Europe. He is still working his way back to being active again in the grove and he is making steady progress. So, we are thrilled to announce that we have hired General Manager Jason Stone to help with grove operations. Jay and his wife Rebecca spent a couple years with us in our Air B&B when they first moved down here...so many of you may remember him. His picture and bio are on our new website so check it out.

We have also been very busy replanting in the off season. When you visit us, you will see all the new trees in the ground. We have planted a block of hybrid mandarins (tangerines!) that should be a fun Fall upick opportunity once they start bearing fruit.
On the home front, I will be posting a reel on Instagram announcing our newest culinary addition - fresh Lemony Syrup!
Many of our friends and us are still enjoying a social hour but now prefer a non-alcoholic beverage. This syrup, added to a glass of ice, a sprig of mint, and the (un)flavored seltzer of your choice is the best new thing in our world! So refreshing- we know your're going to love it! Add a slice of pink lemon and its the bomb! We will be selling bottles of the lemon syrup on the 25th, while supplies last. And we plan to put a deposit on the bottles, so bring back your empty bottle with each visit and only buy syrup from then on!!! (Pictures coming soon!)
Oh, did I say that we would have pink lemons and finger limes also at our Local Harvest? Wow, we have so much going on........tell your friends and family to join you and we will see everyone here on the 25th!
