Super Saturday @ WGWW: Run & Smoothies

70.3 Augusta prep = LONG run & a fun post training treat!

Join #SLAPPERS for an Endurance Run followed by Smoothies at Winter Garden Wheel Works! It's a 1-2 hour run on the West Orange Trail!

We will start the group run at 6:30a from Winter Garden Wheelworks...please be parking by 6:15a to be ready to run.

Run starts at Winter Garden Wheel Works and you can run either direction on the West Orange Trail and circle back to the aid station & cheer on your fellow #SLAPPERS. Everyone can run at their own speeds. We'll have a Water Aid Station set up in front of Winter Garden Wheel Works.

Smoothies will be served starting at 7:45am! WGWW is setting up the amazing Blender Bike! Take a spin & blend your smoothie!
