Come join us for the ultimate challenge at the No Complain Race!This event is a collaboration between BlackBull and Complain Dept. for all you daredevils out there. Get ready to push your limits and test your endurance at 17988 Old YMCA Rd.

It’s going to be a day filled with excitement, adrenaline, and of course — no complaining allowed.So, lace up your shoes and get ready to race like never before.🏁 THE WORKOUT

Time Cap: 40 minutes | Teams of 2 (M/M, F/F or M/F)

1. 400m Run – Together
2. 80 Cal Row – Split as you want
3. 400m Run – Together
4. 120m Farmer Carry (25/35) – 60m per person
5. 400m Run – Together
6. 50 Partner Wall Balls (20/14 lb) – In sync
7. 400m Run – Together
8. 40 Burpee Box Jump Overs – Split as you want
9. 400m Run – Together
10. 30 Devil Press (25/35 lb) – Split as you want📋 RULES & FORMAT

Ready to race?

1. Duos can be Male/Male, Female/Female, or Mixed.
2. All runs must be performed side by side – no leaving your partner behind.
3. Movements can be split freely between teammates unless marked as “together” or “partner.”
4. Wall Balls must be done in sync – squat and throw at the same time.
5. Farmer Carry total is 120m – each athlete must complete 60m before switch.
6. Judges will be assigned to every team to ensure movement standards.
7. If you don't finish within the 40-minute cap, your total reps completed will be recorded.
8. Fastest time wins.
9. There is only one category: OPEN (no RX/Scaled division).
