Led by Suzie Blackman, Founder of Synergy Winston-Salem, this intentional 60 minute Vinyasa flow will guide you in rooting to rise, and invite you into an embodied practice of grounding deeply so you can meet this seasonal shift with steadiness, grace, and strength. This class is designed to be all levels friendly.
We’ll move, breathe, and alchemize the autumnal energy of transformation, welcoming the invitation to turn inward while still harvesting the light of what has been cultivated throughout the year.
As the sun sets, we’ll transition from movement to nourishment with snacks and small plates from Chef John Bobby, which are sure to be a sensory celebration of Fall’s rich and grounding abundance.
This evening is an offering of connection, reflection, and renewal, and is a warm invitation to gather as a community and anchor into the rhythm of the earth, together.
