Cyrano De Bergerac

Edmond Rostand’s “Cyrano de Bergerac” gets a bold, modern remix in this adaptation by Martin Crimp. Forget swordplay and outdated stereotypes — this fresh take on a classic tale is where romance meets rap. Audiences will be moved, surprised and thoroughly entertained as the story explores identity, authenticity and the power of language.

This production is directed by UNCSA School of Drama alumnus and guest artist Avery Glymph, with generous sponsorship support from the Thomas S. Kenan Institute for the Arts.
