The Thriving Families project is a new initiative focused on providing early intervention and holistic support for families experiencing complex challenges, including mental health concerns, financial hardship, isolation, and relationship breakdown. The project offers tailored support that strengthens family wellbeing and builds resilience.
This event will be a chance to:
Learn more about the aims, structure, and referral pathways of the Thriving Families project
Meet the Her Place team and our dedicated Family Support Workers
Hear real-life examples of how the project is already making a difference
Explore partnership opportunities and how your organisation can refer into the service
