Flow

Flow is a gentle parent–child session designed to support families after long, busy days. If after-school hours and bedtime feel challenging or overstimulating, this space offers a chance to slow down, reconnect, and reset together. Rhythmic activities and games along with soothing sound, both adults and children will learn practical tools to help regulate the nervous system. The session weaves in moments of play, rest, and shared connection, offering techniques you can take home to support emotional balance, relaxation, and smoother transitions. Flow invites families to move, breathe, and unwind together—creating a sense of calm, safety, and ease for everyone.

Admission is for one adult and one child.

It is possible to another child with you. There will be a fee payable on the day of £2. Due to the nature of the activities it is recommended that more than two children will require an additional grown up and therefore two tickets will be required.
