The Red Invitation has been a cherished part of the Winnetka, Northfield, and Glencoe Holiday Shopping Tradition!

Hosted by the Winnetka-Northfield-Glencoe Chamber of Commerce, this signature event celebrates local retailers and Chamber members in our three villages. They deck the halls, stock their shelves with one-of-a-kind gifts, and welcome you with warm smiles, festive treats, and expertly wrapped gifts that make holiday shopping a joy.

What to Expect This Year

• Red Invitation Sunday is December 7, and many shops will extend the celebration to Friday and Saturday this weekend for more opportunities to shop, stroll, and soak up the holiday cheer.
• Participating stores will be marked with the iconic clusters of red balloons, signaling you’ve arrived somewhere special.
